Rockwool cubes help hold moisture around young roots while still allowing air and water to move through. They are sized to fit FlowGrow net pots, making it easier to germinate seeds and transfer seedlings into your tower when they are ready.

Useful for starting new crops, replacing used growing media, or keeping extras ready for your next round of herbs, leafy greens, strawberries, or compact plants.
