Getting started is easy

FlowGrow nutrients are mixed in equal parts A + B. Start gently while plants are young, then increase the strength as roots establish and growth becomes stronger.

All FlowGrow feeding guidance is based on the recommended 15 L working reservoir.

For a 15 L FlowGrow reservoir:

Seedlings
15 ml Grow A + 15 ml Grow B
A gentle mix for young seedlings and early root growth.

Leafy greens & herbs
40 ml Grow A + 40 ml Grow B
A balanced everyday mix for lettuce, herbs, and similar leafy crops.

Plants growing strongly
80 ml Grow A + 80 ml Grow B
For plants with healthy roots, steady new leaves, and stronger growth.

EC is simply a way to measure how strong your nutrient solution is. You do not need to chase perfect numbers, but understanding pH and EC can help you feel more confident as you grow.
