FlowGrow Shipping Policy

Shipping Within New Zealand
FlowGrow currently ships within New Zealand only.
Free NZ-wide shipping applies to FlowGrow towers and tower starter bundles.
Standard NZ shipping applies to standalone nutrients, starter kits, accessories, growing essentials, and replacement parts. Shipping will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days.
During busy periods, product launches, or pre-orders, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you if there are significant delays.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location.
Estimated delivery times:
- North Island: 2 to 5 business days
- South Island: 3 to 7 business days
- Rural addresses: additional time may apply
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Courier delays can sometimes occur outside our control.
Pre-Orders
If you purchase a pre-order item:
- Estimated shipping timeframes will be stated on the product page where possible
- Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may ship together
If significant delays occur, we will notify you and provide options in line with New Zealand consumer law.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Delivery Responsibility
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
FlowGrow is not responsible for delivery issues caused by:
- Incorrect address details provided by the customer
- Courier delays outside our control
- Parcels marked as delivered by the courier
If your parcel appears lost or delayed, please contact us and we will assist with lodging an enquiry with the courier.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photographs of the packaging and damage
- Retain the original packaging where possible
We will work with you to arrange a replacement or suitable solution.
International Shipping
FlowGrow currently ships within New Zealand only.
If this changes in future, this policy will be updated.
