Replace or refresh the internal hose in your FlowGrow tower with a compatible FlowGrow hose.

The FlowGrow Hose connects the water pump to the flow cap, carrying nutrient water from the reservoir up through the centre of the tower, where it is distributed down through the system and returned to the reservoir.
